These include supporting the company with active leadership, consulting on operational and strategic issues, development of product marketing and the recruitment of key staff. On this page you can meet some of Parker & Boyd´s key management people.

Marcus Parker
- Chief Executive Operating Officer/ Owner -
Marcus Parker brings his leadership and experience from building and founding 9 high-growth entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial endeavors in the last 18 years. Since inception, Marcus time has been focused on creating and leading Parker & Boyd, one of the most active and innovative venture development organizations in the industry. Marcus’s career began at Sun and has been principally focused on information technology companies previous to Parker & Boyd. Marcus earned an MBA from the Business and Management School in Chicago. He also earned a BA in Finance from the University of Chicago. Marcus currently serves on the boards of 3 companies.

Spencer Boyd
- Chief Executive Operating Officer/ Owner -
Spencer Boyd started Parker & Boyd with a wealth of knowledge and experience from a variety of entrepreneurial companies. He was co-founder and initial CEO of Tempsight Sence, a company that offers management software services and software to corporations and government agencies and that was acquired by Sun. At this stage of his life he met Marcus Parker. Spencer graduated from Harvard Business School and has a BA in finance. She serves on the boards/advisory boards of 4 Entrepreneurial Enterprises.

Timoto Nagura
- Chief Investment Officer -
Timoto Nagura joined Parker & Boyd with a bag filled with experience in investing and he has a keen eye for companies that have a great business ideas. Prior to joining Parker & Boyd, Timoto worked in the Investment Banking division of Barclays Bank International. At Barclays, he had extensive experience with private equity issuance and worked on stock offerings for many of Barclays clients. Timoto graduated from Harvard business school in 1980 with a BA in Economics and received his MBA from the University of Tokyo in 1986.

Peter Andersen
- Chief Financial Officer -
Peter Andersen provides overall financial and administrative oversight to Parker & Boyd, including its computer and telecommunications systems, accounting functions, financial systems, and internal controls. Prior to joining Parker & Boyd, he held several positions as Director of Finance and Administration for several Enterprises in Asia. Peter holds a BS in business administration and an MBA in corporate finance from the University of Chicago. He also worked as a Financial Analyst in corporate banking. At Parker & Boyd he leads a team of 16 professionals and often shares his experience with our portfolio companies.

Shimzeiki Shizu
Chief Economic Inclusion Officer
Shimzeiki Shizu came to Parker & Boyd with dedication, leadership and more than 14 years experience in commercial banking and the finance industry in Hong Kong, holding a series of senior level management positions. Shimzeiki serves the small and middle market business community, providing leadership and support to enterprises ranging from start-ups to international firms with up to $50 million in annual revenues. Shimzeiki holds a BA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Kyoto and a MBA which he earned at the University of Tokyo.
